Like rivers flow together,
When it rains it pours
The frozen upwards weather,
When windows shut as doors.
The Rivers flow together
Upon the rushing, seize
The sea as of a feather
Plucked ‘ere so aimlessly.
So poetry and poets
Do write all finity
“We see” we say, “yet let’s
Try for sublimity.”
